The Rebbe's Blessing for a Birthday with an Addition Handwritten by Him. Erev Rosh Chodesh Elul 1962 - Igeret Kodesh, typewritten on the Rebbe's official stationery from 770 Eastern Parkway, from the eve of Rosh Chodesh Elul 1962. In the letter, the Rebbe greets: ”במענה להודעתו מיום ההולדת שלו, ובטח נהג במנהגי אנ”ש בזמן האחרון ביום ההולדת. ויה”ר מהשי”ת שתהי' [here there is a minor correction by the Rebbe of a misprint] שנת הצלחה אצלו הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות  [an addition of a comma handwritten by him], ויוסיף בלימוד התורה ובקיום מצותי' מתוך הרחבה . בברכת [handwritten correction]” and the Rebbe's handwritten signature. Before it, the Rebbe added his following handwritten words: ” הצלחה רבה בעבוה”ק בתו”ת וביסל”מ [בעבודת הקודש בתומכי תמימים ובית הספר למלאכה] וברשת ”. The addressee's family name was erased and covered with white-out.
