General-Personal Letter for the Hillula Day of the Rebbe the Rayatz with an Addiiton Handwritten by the Rebbe and His Handwritten Signature- Shvat, 1964 - ”וכל הקרוב קרוב - קודם לברכה” (and anyone who is close will be first to be blessed). Typewritten letter on the Rebbe's official aerogram from Shvat 7, 1964, written for the Hillula day of the Rebbe the Rayatz, general-personal letter that was sent by the Rebbe with an addition handwritten and signed by him.  ”... ובעמדנו ימים ספורים לפני יום ההילולא של כ”ק מו”ח אדמו”ר [the Rebbe the Rayatz], אשר אז הוא יום העלי' מדרגא לדרגא , כמרומז בכ”מ ומבואר בכתבי האריז”ל. וכיון אשר ע”פ דברי אדמו”ר הזקן (באגה”ק שלו סי' ז”ך וביאורו) ע”י התקשרות אל הצדיק, וצדיקא דאתפטר אשתכח בכלהו עלמין יתיר מבחיוהי, רוח אייתי רוח ואמשיך רוח, חיים רוחניים והרהורי תשובה ומעש”ט, וכן גם במילי דעלמא. מובן מזה שעליית הצדיק מביאה גם לעליית כל אלו אשר רוחם אמשיך רוח, עלי' במילי דשמיא ובמילי דעלמא, וכל הקרוב קרוב - (ע”י ההתחזקות והוספה בהליכה בדרך ישרה אשר הורנו מדרכיו והליכה באורחותיו) - קודם לברכה . וביחוד בצדיק נשיא ישראל, אשר בהיותו חי על פני האדמה הי' בהנהגה דאב לבנים לכל אחד ואחת מישראל, בדאגה לעניניהם דעוה”ז ולעניניהם דחיי עוה”ב, בשייכות והתקשרות דרבי וחסיד ועד להאופן - דמאור ואור, התקשרות פנימי' ועצמי'. בברכה לבשו”ט מהתועדות-הילולא פעילה בשעתה ובכל השנה הבע”ל”.  His handwritten signature. On the margins of the letter, an addiiton handwritten by the Rebbe: ”הפ”נ ...? נתקבל” . [1] leaf of an aerogram. Approx. 30X18 cm. Filing holes. Fold lines and tears along the edges. The addressee's name on verso of the letter was erased with correcting fluid.
