Blessing of the Rebbe the Rayatz for a Shiduch and Parnasah Beharchavah - Brooklyn, Chanukkah 1941 - Typewritten letter on the official stationery of the Rebbe the Rayatz in Beit Chayeinu 770 Brooklyn New York, from the fourth day of Chanukkah 1941, addressed to an important Chabad Chassid.  The Rebbe refers to the Shiduch: ”במענה על מכתבך... אודות השידוך למזל טוב עם בת גילו הכבודה....” and writes warm blessings for the upcoming wedding: ”והשי”ת יעזור שהחתונה תהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ותבנו בית בישראל על יסודות התורה והמצוה ומאושרים תהיו בגשמיות וברוחניות ”. Leter, the Rebbe the Rayatz refers to a theft, apparently in the addressee's home: פלא גדול הוא אשר סכום כזה החזיקו בית...”, yet after the criticism, the Rebbe blesses: ”והשי”ת יעזור לכבוד אביו שי' בפרנסה בהרחבה ...”.
