Letter by the Rebbe the Rayatz including the Envelope that was Sent with It, with the Stamp of the Secretary Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin - Riga, Tevet 1032 - Typewritten letter on the official stationery of the secretary of the Rebbe the Rayatz. From Tevet 6, 1932.  The letter waas sent from Riga, Latvia to Jerusalem. The letter states that the amount sent for the Ma'amad was received by the Admor Shlita, who sends many blessings: ”ובגלל הדבר הזה יברך השם יתברך אותם ואת ביתם יחיו בשפעת חיים וברכה מרובה בגשמיות וברוחניות, ויאהיל עליהם אור זכות קדש הקדשים מנפש ועד בשר. המברכם בשם כ”ק אדמו”ר שליט”א”. His (photocopied) handwritten signature and an original official stamp of/by the secretary Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin (known as Chatshe; 1895-1942), the personal secretary of teh Admor the Rayatz and the manager in secret of the Tomchei Temimim yeshivas of the USSR.  Fold lines. Stains, creases and small tears not affecting the text. Good condition.
