The Rebbe the Rayatz' Blessing Signed by the Secretary Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin - Riga, Av 1931 - Handwritten letter on the official stationery of the Rebbe's secretary, Rabbi Yechezkel feigin from Menachem Av 27, 1931.  The letter was sent from Riga, Latvia to the Holy Land. It is handwritten and signed by the secretary: ”מענת כ”ק אדמו”ר שליט”א על מכתבו, השם יתברך יעזור לו כי יהי' גמר טוב בגשמיות וברוחניות”. Signed on behalf of the Admor Shlita by the secretary Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin (known as Chatshe; 1895-1942), the personal secretary of teh Admor the Rayatz and the manager in secret of the Tomchei Temimim yeshivas of the USSR.  Fold lines. Stains and minor creases. Good condition.
