Copy of the Geonim, Chassidim of Safed: Mifalot Elohim by Rabbeinu the Abarbanel - Lemberg, 1863 - Sefer Mifalot Elohim by Don Yitzchak Abarbanel/ Rabbeinu the Abarbanel's work on the belief in the renewal of the world against the claims of Aristotle and his followers about the eternity of the universe. Lemberg 1863 edition. 101, [3] leaves. Fine late binding. Some stains and small tears. Very good overall condition.  Ownership signatures by the following:  1. Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rodnik - a Gaon and Chassid and an important Dayan of Safed in the 19th century.   2. Signature and stamp of Rabbi Baruch David Kahana author of Chibat HaAretz and Birkat HaAretz. Was born in Vizhnitz, immigrated to Eretz Yisrael and settled in Safed. Was close to the Divrei Chaim of Sanz and by his order built the famed Sanz Kloiz of Safed. After his passing in 1925, the Mekubal Rabbi Yehoshua Palachi revealed that he used to study Kabbala with him near the Ari Synagogue.
