Letter Handwritten and Signed by Rabbi Nechemya Katz the Brother-in-Law of Maran the Posek Rabbi Moshe Feinstein and Rav of the Toledo Community in Ohio - 1957 - Letter by Rabbi Nechemya Katz, Rav in Ohio - addressed to th emanagers of the Etz Chaim Yeshiva - Ohio, 1957.  Rabbi Nechemya Katz was born in Russia to Rabbi Yaakov Kostanovich, who was a Shichet and Bodek, the father-in-law of Maran Poseh Hador Rabbi Moshe Feinstein. Due to persecution by the Communists, Rabbeinu escaped to the USA, where he served as Rav in Ohio. In his old age, he moved to Lakewood, living near the yeshiva.
