Zealotry Letter and an Especially Sharp Aryicle - Handwritten and Signed by the Mekubal Rabbi Serayah Davlitzki - Ramat Gan, 1952 - על כבודי לא מחיתם - early and extremely sharp letter - which was sent to be published in an issue of Om Ani Chomah of Neturei Karta - handwritten and signed by the Gaon and Mekubal Rabbi Serayah Davlitzki - Ramat Gan, 1952. Rabbeinu sent his letter to be published in an issue of Om Ani Chomah of Neturei Karta in Jerusalem. In his letter, Rabbi Serayah recalls two severe cases which must be protested against. On one side of the postcard, Rabbi Davlitzki protest against the words of the Minister Pinchas Lavon, one of the leaders of Mapai, who stated that the Knesset was the only Temple that the Jews have in these times. Rabbeinu addresses his words also to the religious Knesset members who did not protest when hearing his words: ”אבל ה'דתיים' שלנו היכן הייתם ולמה כבשתם פניכם בקרקע בשמעכם דברי חרוף נוראים כאלה... את הבית המקודש ביותר - להבי אבידן הגרוע ביותר שלא היה כמוהו לרע לרשע ולטומאה מיום קום ישראל לגוי קדוש...”. On the other side of the postcard, Rabbeinu sent a protesting article titled ”לפרצופו של חנוך המזרחי”  about works being done on the Shemitah by students of HaMizrachi School which claimed that they have a Heiter and if they did not work, they would have to fire the agronimics teacher... Rabbi Davlitzki ends his article with the words: ”חנוך דתי למופת, הלא כן?!”. 10X15 cm.  Filing holes slightly affecting the text. Good condition.  The Mekubal and Gaon Rabbi Serayah Davlitzk i (1926-2018) a polymath - Posek, Mekubal, philologist, grammarian and fertile religious author who published approx. sicty books. Was a disciple of Rabbi Yosef Zvi Halevi Av Beit Din of Tel Aviv, Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Harlap, the Mekubal Rabbi Mordechai Sharabi and the Chazon Ish.
