Broadside - Psak Din of HaEidah HaChareidit against the Kohelet Institute - with Original Stamps of the Maharitz Dushinsky and His Beit Din - rare broadside - against the Kohelet Institute founded by the Chief Rabbi HaRav Kook - signed by the Beit Din of HaEidah HaChareidit - with original stamps of the Gaon Av Beit Din and the Beit Din - Jerusalem, 1938.  Kohelet was an organization for supporting LOmdei Torah of all communities. It was founded by Maran HaRav Kook. The institution was supoorted mainly by the engineer Mr. Rottenberg, who build the first power station in Eretz Yisrael. The institute was identified with HaRav Kook's circles and the Lithuanian yeshivas of the new Yishuv.  This is a rare Psak Din broadside by the rabbis of the Badatz of HaEidah HaChareidit stating that it is forbidden to support the institution or receive support from it: ”והיות כי ידוע לנו כי הופקד גורלו של המוסד הלז ברשות זרה לחנוך המקובל מאבוה”ק משנות דור ודור, וסכנה גדולה נשקפת ח”ו להתורה מזה החלטנו כי איסור חמור הוא לתמוך בהמוסד קהלת...”. The Psak Din is signed by the Gaon Av Beit Din Rabbi Yosef Zvi Dushinsky, the Rosh Av Beit Din Rabbi Zelig Reuven Bengis, Rabbi Pinchas Epstein and more.  Unique phenomenon in this broadside: the broadside was stamped by hand, rather in print, with three blue stamps: one of the Gaon Av Beit Din Rabbi Yosef Zvi Dushinsky and two of the Beit Din.  42X31 cm.  Fold lines. Minoir stains. Tears and slight wear. Good condiiton.
