First edition - Jerusalem, 1863. Originally, [2], 76, [4], 78 leaves. In this copy: the title page and the first three leaves of Sha'ar Ruach Hakodesh are missing and Sha'ar Hagilgulim ends with leaf 74. Separate title page for the eighth Sha'ar.
