Letter Handwritten and Signed by the Admor Rabbi Yerucham Leiner of Radzin - Brooklyn, 1960 - Letter by the Admor of Radzin, Rabbi Yerucham Leiner - Brooklyn, 1960.  Like his forefathers, Rabbeinu was well-known as a wonderous Gaon. Rabbeinu used to send his comments to be printed in varied Kuntresim, among others the one that was edited by Rabbi Yehuda Leib Hacohen Maimon.  This letter contains a discussion about Rabbeinu's comments on the Rambam as well as words of gratitude for the books of Mossad Harav Kook which were sent to him and a request for additional books published by the institution:  ”רצוף בזה המשך מהערותי על הרמב”ם.. השם הערות ברמבם כי כולם המה על הרמב”ם ולא על נושאי כליו... רב תודות לו בעד ספר השאילתות ששלח לי...”. At the end of the letter. Rabbeinu sends him warm blessings for the upcoming Passover: החג הממשמש ובא יזכה לחוגו בכל חוקותיו, ולקבל מברכותיו, וכימי צאתנו ממצרים יראנו נפלאות בגאולתינו ופדות נפשנו במהרה בימנו...”. 21X28 cm.  Filing holes. Stains. Good condition.  The Admor Rabbi Yerucham Leiner of Radzin (1888-1964) the son of Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel the author of Likutei Divrei Torah the brother of the Admor Rabbi Gershon Chanocvh Henich the author of Sidrei Taharot known as Baal Hatchelet. WAs famed for his great talent and even corresponded with the Gaon of Brezhan and a response to him appears in his book Shut Maharsham. His articles, which indicate his Geonut, were published in contemporary journals. Authored books Banigleh and Banistar: He'arot al Hayerushalmi, He'arot al Hazohar, HaGra Ish Hanigleh Vehanistar, Zikaron Larishonim.
