Rare - Seder Haggadah Lepesach - the Press of Hirtz Levi Rofeh - Amsterdam, 1765 - Seder Haggadah Lepesach - with historiated initials - and Yiddish instructions and commentary - the Press of Hirtz Levi Rofeh and his son-in-law Kashman - Amsterdam, 1765 - Yaari 156; Otzar Hahaggadot 245.  Fine Haggadah, small format, with historiated initials in several passages and Yiddish instructions and commentaries in Tzur letters. This is one of the four Haggadahs printed by Hirtz Halevi in Amsterdam during the years 1744-1765, two of them large format and two, small. Those small 8 cm. Haggadahs are rarer since they were more frequently used.  Extremely rare!!!! 38 leaves. Fine new leather binding. Wine stains. Wear and tears including open tears in some leaves. Trimmed edges slightly affecting the top of some pages. Fair-good condition.
