Haggadah shel Pesach Beit Chorin - First Edition Metz, 1767 - ”Beit Chorin, which is Seder Haggadah shel Pesach with compiled commentaries from three Amudei Olam [Rabbeinu Moshe] Alshich, Gevurot Hashem [by the Maharal of Prague], Olelot Ephraim [by Rabbi Shlomo Ephraim of Luntshitz, the Kli Yakar]. With fine illustrations of the miracles performed during the Exodus from Egypt . Printed in Metz by Rabbi Moshe Maya in [1676]”. With an approbation by the Shaagat Aryeh and more. Yaari 162; Otzar Hahaggadot 251. Stefansky, Sifrei Yesod, p. 216 of the additions. [2], 64 leaves. Two title pages. Without the map. Some moth perforations and stains. Minor blemishes. Old binding with a leather spine, worn and with taping. Good overall condition.  This Haggadah is one of the most important that were printed and is the first vontaining these commentaries, which were later printed in many editions under this title or the title Ma'aleh Beit Chorin. The first title page is illustrated. This title page and the other illustrations in the book are copper-engraved. The illsutrations are after the Amsterdam 1695 edition. See: B.
