Good overall condition.  On the title page, a dedication with blessings handwritten by Maran: ”יהי רצון שבכל אשר יפנה ישכיל ויצליח, וירום ונשא וגבה מאד. בברכת התורה ובידידות רבה, ובברכת חג כשר ושמח וכל טוב”. And Rabbeinu's handwritten signature: ”עובדיה יוסף”.
