No binding.  An extremely rare booklet which is bibliographically not listed and is not in any known library  At the neginning and end of the booklet, advertisements for the bookstore of the publisher, Shapira. On verso of the title page, an advertisement for ”Seder Ushpizin Vehakafot  based on the version of the Maggid of Kozhnitz...”.
