Fascinating Letter Signed by the Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna the Rosh Yeshiva of Hebron - Jerusalem, 1934 - Interesting letter about the baking of Matzah by the Hebron Yeshiva - signed by the Gaon Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna the Rosh Yeshiva - Jerusalem, 1934. The letter is addressed to the Vaad Haklali Knesset Yisrael which funded the baking of Matzahs for the Torah institutions of Jerusalem. In his letter, the Rosh Yeshiva demands that the wages of the Mashgichim of the Vaad be deducted from the price of the Matzhas since the yeshiva itself supervised the entire process of baking and did not use the Mashgichim of the Vaad... Enclosed is a receipt by the Vaad Haklali for funding the Matzahs of the yeshiva, signed by the yeshiva's secretary. Official stationery of the Hebron Knesset Yisrael Yeshiva. 22X28 cm. Fold lines.
