Rare! Sent from the USA before the Holocaust: Good Health, Parnasha and Naches from the Children by the Rayatz Signed bythe Secretary Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin and with His Stamp - Baltimore, Tevet 1930 - Typewritten letter on the official stationery of the Rebbe Rayatz's secretary. From Tevet 21, 1930, when the Rebbe the Rayatz visited the USA before the Holocaust. In that month, the Rebbe was staying in Baltimore. A unique and rare item sent by the Rebbe from the USA before WWII. In the letter, he informs that the Pidyon Nefesh was received by the Admor Shlita. The blessings are divided into two columns, one in Hebrew and the other in Yiddish. The Hebrew blessing: ”ובגלל הדבר הזה יברך השם יתברך אותם ואת ביתם יחיו בשפעת חיים וברכה מרובה בגשמיות וברוחניות, ויאהיל עליהם אור זכות קדש הקדשים מנפש ועד בשר ”. The Yiddish blessing: ”און פאר דער גוטער זאך ואס איהר טוט זאל אייך השם יתברך בענטשען מיט גליק און אלעס גוטעס, געזונד פרנסה און נחת פון קינדער ” [freely translated as due to this good thing, Hashem Yisborach shall bless you with happiness and all the best, health, Parnasah and Naches]. ”... on behalf of the Admor Shlita” the handwritten signature and original official stamp of the secretary Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin (known as Chatshe; 1895-1942), the personal secretary of the Rebbe the Rayatz and the secret manager of the Tomchei Temimim yeshivas of the USSR.
