Chassidim-Misnagdim Polemic: Mitzraf HaAvodah with a Letter by Baal HaTanya - First Edition Königsberg, 1858 - Sefer Mitzraf HaAvodah - argument between two Gedolei Hador ”one of the Chassidic community and the other of the Misnagdim”. Actually, the entire work was written by the Chassid Rabbi Yaakov of Keidian who was a disciple of the Mitteler Admor and the Tzaemach Tzeddek. Rabbi Yaakov added at the end a letter by the Mitteler Admor about his attempt to make peace between the Chassidim and the Misnagdim at the onset of the dispute between them (this copy contains only the first leaf of this letter) - first edition. Königsberg, 1858.  Incomplete copy - originally: 38, [2] leaves. In this copy, [2] leaves at its end are missing as well as leaf 37. Leaf 36 is torn and incomplete. Traces of taping tp the last leaves. Stains. No binding. Detached leaves. Mostly good condition.
