Kuntres ”Dvar Malchus, Chidushim and elucidations on Hilchot Melachim... by the Admor...”. Kovetz 12, special edition that was printed by the Rebbe's order  Given Directly by the Rebbe - Iyar 1991, ”מ'זאָל אָפּדרוקן כמו שהוא, מיט די הקדשה, אויף צו טיילן היינט באַנאַכט נאָך מעריב” [to be printed as is, with the dedication (on verso of the booklet, in memory of the Rebbe's brother), to be handed out at night after Ma'ariv]. The Rebbe specifically asked that the edition be like the one that was published in Israel. Published by Kehat, Brooklyn New York, Iyar 1991. Printed on quality paper with a green cover. Stains. Tears and wear along the edges of the leaves, not affecting the text. Good overall condition.  This Kuntres was given directly by the Rebbe during the Chalukah in Iyar 1991. We do not know who received it from the Rebbe; we do know, however, that it was given to an Israeli Chassid who was in the 2002 Kvutzah year and won the Kuntres as ”a gift from the awards event in honor of excelling Chassidim of the Mivtza Hitkashrus Olami...”.  About this special Chalukah ”On Monday, Iyar 15, 1991, the synagogue was filled to capacity for the Ma'ariv prayer, evoking the atmosphere typically reserved for the night of Hakafot. A large and diverse crowd — men, women, and children — had gathered from across the local neighborhood, ”כאן צוה ה' את הברכה”, as well as from surrounding communities. Word had spread about the anticipated Chalukah of the newly published Kuntres Dvar Malchus, drawing additional attendees, including Shluchim from numerous cities, both near and far. At precisely 9:27 PM, the Rebbe entered the synagogue, encouraging the singing of the joyous melody, ”שישו ושמחו בשמחת הגאולה”. Upon entering, he briefly touched the curtain of the Ark, as was his custom, and proceeded directly to the Chalukah table, where he began to personally hand out the Dvar Malchus Kuntres.. During the first hour, the Chalukah was limited to men. The Rebbe appeared in an especially uplifted and joyful state, smiling warmly at many of those who passed before him, with particular affection shown toward the children. To many recipients, he gestured toward the attached dollar bill to ensure it would not fall. In numerous instances where individuals were accompanied by children, the Rebbe made a deliberate effort to place the Kuntres directly into the children’s hands, allowing them to receive it personally” (from Mazkeret Netzach, p. 49 and onward, see there at length the reason for the Chalukah and its significance to the Rebbe).
