Simpson, on behalf of the Rebbe: ”במענה על הודעתו אודות יום הולדת שלו, ובודאי נהג במנהג אנ”ש בזמן האחרון ביום ההולדת. ויה”ר מהשי”ת שתהי' שנת הצלחה אצלו בלימוד התורה וקיום המצות בהידור. בברכה לתלמוד תורה ביראת שמים, בשם כ”ק אדמו”ר שליט”א ש.מ. סימפסון, מזכיר. בטח שומר הוא השלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש בחומש תהלים ותניא בכל יום, וישמור עליהם מכאן ולהבא ג”כ”.
