He is famed mainly for his book Mikra'ei Kodesh, Mussar and Ta'amei Mitzvot. This book, Porat Yosef, is qouted by the Maharsha in his Chidushim! His famed disciples were the Gaon Rabbi Chaim Benveniste and the Gaon Rabbi Yosef Shlomo Delmedigo, the Yashar of Candia.  154 leaves.  Fine new leather binding with scuffs to its back board. An open tear to the title page, professionally restored. There are additional professional restorations elsewhere in the book. Good condition.
