Teshuvot HaGeonim is a unique work containing four hundred halachic responses by the Geonim, edited in a concise format. Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu Rabinovich, who edited the Vilna edition, proved that the source of a large part of the responsa is the Beit Yosef. The work was published for the first time in Kushta 1575, then in Prague 1590 and for the third time in less than twenty years, in Mantova 1597 - this edition.  Extremely rare.
