Complete Set in Original Leather Bindings: Chok LeYisrael - Second Edition Bragadin Press Venice, 1777 - וְאַשְׁרֵי מִי שֶׁיֵּשׁ לוֹ חֹק קָבוּעַ וְלֹא יַעֲבֹר, לִלְמֹד בְּסֵפֶר ”חֹק לְיִשְׂרָאֵל” דְּבַר יוֹם בְּיוֹמוֹ, וְכָל הַמּוֹסִיף, מוֹסִיפִין לוֹ טוֹבָה מִן הַשָּׁמַיִם [Fortunate is the one who has a fixed schedule and does not neglect it, to study each day from the book Chok LeYisrael—the daily portion. And whoever adds to it, they add goodness to him from Heaven] (Kitzur Shulchan Aruch Siman 27, 3).  Complete set of the second edition of the Sefer Yesod Chok LeYisrael ”to study each and every morning to observe the Mitzvah of Kevi'ut HaTorah, based on what was found written in a manuscript by the sacred Ish Elokim Rabbi Cgaim Vital... based on Butzina Denehora... the Rav Mekubal Rabbi Yitzchak Luria (the Ari)”. Published by the philanthropist Rabbi Gad Poah at the Bragadin Press, Venice - 1777. 2 volumes. Separate title page for each volume. VolumeI: Bereshit Shemot Vayikra - 97, [1], 92, 78, [4] leaves. Volume II: Bamidbar Devarim - [4], 82, 91, [1] leaves. Approx. 23 cm.  On verso of the title page of Volume I: license for the rulers of Padua to print the book, in Italian. From the foreword of the printer, Rabbi Gad Poah: ”I have added to what has already been printed... Taam... in the Mikra with vowelization... and references to the Gemore and Rashi's commentary which previously was only partly printed”. At the end of Bereshit, Shemot, Vayikra and Devarim: ”The daily Kavanat Seder Halimud...”. This version, which differs from the version of the Kavanot printed inside the book at the beginning of the daily Likutim, was given to the printer by Rabbeinu the Chida, as he himself indicated in the Livorno 1788 edition of Chok LeYisrael.  Stains and minor blemishes. Some moth perforations and damage. Several detached and loose leaves. Contemporary leather binding - with blemishes. Good overall condition.
