Extremely Rare! Lengthy and Interesting Segulah Letter Handwritten and Signed by the Admor the Wonder-Worker Author of the Chelkat Yehoshua of Biala - Jerusalem, 1964 - Lengthy and interesting letter handwritten and signed by he Admor the wonder-worker Rabbi Yechiel Yehoshua Rabinovich. author of the Chelkat Yehoshua of Biala - Jerusalem, 1964. At the beginning of the letter, Rabbeinu greets the addressee (The Gaon Chassid Rabbi Avraham Abba Zuckerman Rav of the Biala Chassidim of Haifa, a Leading Chassid and Disciple of Rabbeinu, Father of the Gaon Rabbi Raphael Zuckerman Shlita the Head of Kollel Biala) with good health: ”בריות גופא ונהורא מעליא” and describes his own improving health: ”ב”ה מצב בריאותי משתפר כה יעזור השי”ת להלאה” , inquiring into Rabbi Avraham's health. Later, Rabbeinu writes him about his daughter, awaiting her Zivug, reminding him of the Segulah he gave her: ”ואבקשך מאד לזכור מה שאמרתי שבתך תחי' תתן בכל יום איזה מטבעות לקופת רמב”ן [רבי מאיר בעל הנס] ותגיד מקודם שלש פעמים א' [אלקא] דמאיר ענני ותפרש שיחת מבוקשה אודות שיזמין לה השי”ת זיווג בנקל ובהקדם וגם אתה תוכל לעשות כן ותתברך ברפ”ש [ברפואה שלימה] בשח”י [בתוך שאר חולי ישראל] ”. Official stationery. Approx. 20X21.5 cm. Fold lines and aging stains. Tears not affecting the text. Good overall condition. Enclosed is the original envelope in which the letter was sent. Varied tears to envelope not affecting the text - see pictures. The Admor Rabbi Yechiel Yehoshua Rabinovich of Biala (1901-1982) his father was Rabbi Yerachmiel Zvi of Shedlitz, the son of the Divrei Binah of Biala and grandson of the HaYehudi Hakadosh; his mother was the daughter of Rabbi Aryeh Leibush (II) of Ozorov. When he was five, his father passed away and he grew up in the house of his maternal grandfather. During WWII, he escaped Europe via Russia to Eretz Yisrael. He settled in Jerusalem, gathering a large crowbd around him. Was famed for his virtues, especiall his Ahavat Yisrael, and his enthusiastic Avodat Kodesh.
