First Time Auctioned! Complete Bible with an Italian Translation - Bragadin Press Venice, 1730 - Arba'ah VeEsrim - Torah Neviim Ketuvim - with an Italian translation of words on the margins of the leaf - Nella Stamparia Bragadina Press - Venice, 1730 - extremely rare! The volume contains four sections in a single volume, with separate title pages - Torah, Neviim Rishonim, Neviim Acharonim, Ketuvim - with an additional title page at the beginning of the Bible. Added on the margins of the leaves is an Italian translation of unqiue words.  Added at the beginning of the book are several leaves of grammar rules, the Rambam's Minyan Hamitzvot and a foreword by the editor Rabbi Shlomo ben David Altoros. At the end of the book, a table for determining the years for eighty consecutive years, as well as several fundamental rules for setting the various times in the calendar. A similar bible was printed by the same printing press and in the same year, but this one was a Spanish translation for descendants of Anusim rather than an Italian one as in this copy.  Extremely rare! To the best of our knowledge, has never been auctioned!!! Five title pages.  16, 138, 102, 110, 120 leaves.  Ancient binding, slightly blemished. Wear. The first title page is mounted on reinforcing paper. Moth perforations, mainly at its end. Fair-good condition.
