Glosses Handwritten by the Admor the Tzemach Tzeddek of Lubavitch on His Responsum on Hilchot Nidah and a Discovery about Safek Lemi in another Responsum by the Tzemach Tzeddek - Responsum on Hilchot Nidah by the Tzemach Tzeddek of Lubavitch - hand-copied by the Gaon Chassid Rabbi Yissachar Ber Halevi Horowitz, the renowned Moreh Tezddek of Lubavitch - with glosses handwritten by the Admor the Tzemach Tzeddek of Lubavitch.   This responsum was printed in Shut Tzemach Tzeddek, Yoreh Deah, Siman 327.  Discovery! Beirur Mikcham shel Tzaddikim On the page on verso of the responsum there are Likutim and lists on varied Halachic subjects handwritten by the Moreh Tzeddek Rabbi Yissachar Ber Horowitz. Before one of the passages, he wrote: ”מרמ”מ שי'” , that is, this is a copy of the responsum of the Admor the Tzemach Tzeddek. The responsum deals with Hilchot Nidah. This passage was printed at the end of Tzemach Tzeddek, Yoreh Deah, the section of Safek Lemi, Siman 16. Based on this manuscript, we have a decisive conclusion that indeed, this responsum as well is from the Torah of Rabbeinu the Tzemach Tzeddek.  [1] leaf, approx. 24X19 cm. A small tear affecting several letters on the lower edge of the leaf.  This review was written by the famed manuscripts scholar Rabbi Yosef Zvi Leader, who was among the circle of friends of the bibliographer Rabbi Yehoshua Mondshine and is an expert on Chabadic manuscripts.   Enclosed is confirmation by one of the leading Chabad scholars in our generation, Rabbi Eliyahu Matusov, a member of the editorial staff of Otzar HaChassidim.
