The Rebbe the Rayatz' Blessing Signed by the Secretary Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin - Riga, Tammuz 1928 - Handwritten letter on the official stationery of the Rebbe's secretary, Rabbi Yechezkel feigin from Tammuz 11, 1928. The letter was sent from Riga, Latvia to the Holy Land. It is handwritten and signed by the secretary: ”ובגלל הדבר הזה יברך השם יתברך אותם ואת ביתם יחיו בשפעת חיים וברכה מרובה בגשמיות וברוחניות, ויאהיל עליהם אור זכות קדש הקדשים מנפש ועד בשר”. Signed by the secretary Rabbi Yechezkel Feigin (known as Chatshe; 1895-1942), the personal secretary of teh Admor the Rayatz and the manager in secret of the Tomchei Temimim yeshivas of the USSR.
