First Sefer HaTanya Printed in Israel - Tel Aviv 1943.. - Likkutei Amarim Tanya printed at the height of the Holocaust, the first printed in Eretz Yisrael, by the Chassid Pinchas Althaus - Tel Aviv, 1943. Ever since the first edition of the Tanya was printed by the Rom Widow and Brothers in Vilna (1900), all editions of the Tanya until today have been facsimiles of that edition. But this Tel Aviv edition is the only one (!) reprinted with new fonts, and not as a facsimile of the Vilna edition. Mondshine Sefer HaTanya Edition #40. [2], 2-163 leaves.
