Discovery? Signature ”Shneur Zalman of Potish”: Shut by the Rashal - Furth, 1768 - Shut Rashal, printed by Chaim ben Zvi Hirsch, Furth - 1768. [1], 44 leaves. Bound with some of Shut Hitorerut Teshuvah Section IV by Rabbi Shimon Sofer of Erlau. Many moth perforations, taoing and varied blemishes, Fair-poor overall condition.  On the title page of the book, a handwritten signature: ”Shnuer Zalman of Poritsh” - apparently this is an important historical discovery of the handwritten signature of the son of the famed Gaon Chassid Rabbi Hillel of Poritsh. We do not know much about him, only that he was called Zalman and passed away in his father's lifetime. After his Rabbi Zalman's passing, his son, the Chassid Rabbi Pinchas, was raised by his grandfather and published his famed book Pelach Harimon.
