Bnyahu, Sifrei HaChida 40.  On leaf 1, the owner's handwritten intiials 'אחי”ם' referring to the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Chai Musaphia, one of the sages of Turkey. Two famous Hanhagot are known from him - one is the Bat Mitzvah party and the other is saying the Nishmat Kol Chai prayer in public as a Segulah.  Unique!
