Sefer Or Yisrael - about the dispute regarding the Gett of Kleve - by the Rav of the town in those days, the Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Lifshitz, the Tiferet Yisrael's grandfather - Kleve, 1770 - first edition.  The Gett of Kleve - A controversy that shook the entire Jewish world for several years, its waves shattering the peace throughout Europe. The affair began with a husband from the city of Kleve (Cleves) who was partially sane and occasionally showed signs of unsound mind. The husband gave his wife a Gett  and from that point on, the Sages of Israel were divided on its Kashruth and the definition of Bar Daat (a person of sound mind).  This is the book Or Yisrael, written by the Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Lifshitz, the Rav who was in the eye of the storm that raged across Europe, centered in his city - Kleve.
