This is Vaad Lachachamim, a supplement  to his famed monumental work Shem Hagedolim, which in following edition, was printed with the book.  Contemporary handwritten references and corrections.  53; 72 leaves.  Late binding. Thin and short moth damage. Fair-good condition.
