Sefer Zecher Davar - by the Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Benvanisti Av Beit Din of Dardanel (Turkey) - Salonika, 1863 - Single Edition - Single edition of Sefer Zecher Davar - Piskei Halacha and references, alphabetized - by the Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Benvanisti Av Beit Din of Dardanel, Turkey - Salonika, 1863.  The author: the Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Benvanisti served as Rav and Darshan in Izmir and then as Av Beit Din of Migdalim (Dardanel - Turkey). Was th egrandson of the Gaon Rabbi Reuven Avraham Churara, from his he studied most of his Torah as he writes in his book Tivasha Yehuda: ”ויגע בעשר אצבעות לגדלני בתורה, ואם זיכני ה' בחסדו ית' לידע מעט מזער מד”ת הנה היא בסבתו ותורה דיליה היא...”. Author of Tivasha Yehuda - Drushim for the Moadim, marriage and eulogies and this book, Zecher Davar.  Appearing on the leaves is a gloss in eastern script and a eastern signature on the furst leaf - not studied.  Extremely rare! Has been auctioned only once! 88 leaves. The title page is missing.  Good condition.
