Rare Edition of Sefer Hachaim - Dinim and Prayers for Days of Mourning and Dealing with the Deceased - Sulzbach, 1779 - Sefer Hachaim - two sections - Dinim and prayers for the momsnt of death, the funeral and mourning - Hebrew and Yiddish - the Press pf Zekel ben Reb Aharon Madpis - Sulzbach, 1779.  Sefer Hachaim is a most common and useful books for the Dinim, customs and prayers pertaining to a man's death. Despite its wide distribution, the book's author is unknown and we do not know his name. In later years, the book was printed in a single volume with the famed work Ma'avar Yabok.  Two sections: Section I in Hebrew; Section II in Yiddish and German. With separate title pages for each section.  120 leaves.  Original leather binding. Detached front board. Blemishes to spine. Good condition.
