The second section is titled Damesek Eliezer. The work of Rabbi Eliezer Lifshitz Av Beit Din of Ostrovtza and Neuwied and the state. With Chidushei Dinim by his son the Gaon Rabbi Yisrael Av Beit Din of Ditz. Separate title page for each section. Wonderful title pages with engraved illustrations of Moshe and Aharon, Yaakov's dream and figures of angels.  The book is adorned with approbations by contemporary Gedolei Yisrael who praise the book: Rabbeinu the Pnei Yehoshua, Rabbi David Oppenheim, Rabbi Moshe Hagiz and many more. Single edition. Neuwied, 1748. [3], 32; [1], 30 leaves. Leaf [3] of Section I was bound by mistake after the title page of Section II.  Old binding with minor blemishes. Fine copy in very good condition.
