Yesod! Rav Alfas on the Tractates of Yevamot and Ketubot - First Edition of the Tosefta and Second Edition of the Rif Bomberg Press Venice, 1522 - Incomplete Copy with Handwritten Glosses - Section II of Rav Alfas - the Rif on tractates Yevamot and Ketubot. The second edition of the Rif that was based on the Kushta 1509 edition with textual variations and the first edition in which a diffeent version of Rashi's comemntary was printed around the Rif. Printed for the first time in this edition is the Tosefta at the end of the Rif, as printed to this day following this important edition.  The Press of Daniel Bomberg, Venice - 1522. This copy includes leaves 411-550 which include most of the tractaes of Yevamot and Ketubot. Stains. Tears along the edges. Moth perforations and some moth damage. Some taping and other blemishes. No binding. Fair overall condition.  In several places there are handwritten glosses, some of them lengthy - not studied. Rhere are also varied ownership stamps which had not been identified.
