Fine Original Parchment Binding: Ein Yisrael Kutanot Or Two Sections - First Edition Amsterdam 1864 - Sefer ”Kutanot Or, adding to Sefer Ein Yisrael, compiling all the Emunot, Aggadot and Midrashim scattered through all the Shisha Sdarim... and Tosfot Rabboteinu the sages of France and Chidushei HaRamban and the Ritva and the Ran”. First ediiton of the Kikayon DeYonah commentary by Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Frankel with the addition of varied elucidations and Chidushim including the Me'or Einayim by Rabbi Yoshiyahu Pinto.  This book, which is known as Ein Yisrael, is the famed work Ein Yaakov which receibed a new title due to fear on the censor.  A single volume containing both sections. Printed in Amsterdam in 1684:  Section I - Seder Moed. Yosef Atias Press. [4], 73, 118 leaves.  Section II - Seder Nashim-Taharot. David Tortos Press. [1], 192 leaves. Yosef Atias Press.  Fine, original parchment binding. Moth damage and perforations. Stains. Eaten at the edges at the beginning of the book, with a blemish to the lower border of the title page. Other minor blemishes. Good overall condition.  Signature on the title page: ”הק' ליזר הענין” and a stamp: ”בית המדרש דאשכנזים אמשטרדם יע”א”.
