Two Sections of the First Edition of the Tanya in Yiddish - Brooklyn New York 1956-1958 - Sefer Likkutei Amarim Tanya by Rabbeinu the Admor Hazaken. Translated into Yiddish by Rabbi Uriel Tzimmer, two sections. The first volume was published in 1956 and it contains the section of Likkutei Amarim; the se4cond volume was published in 1958 and it contains all the other sections of the Tanya - Sha'ar Hayichud VehaEmunah, Igeret Hatshuvah and Igeret Hakodesh with Kuntres Acharon. The publisher's foreword states that this is the first translation of the entire Tanya into a foreign language. At the end of each volume, facsimiles of the title page of the first Tanya and manuscripts by the Admor Hazaken.  Stains and minor blemishes. Good overall condition.
