Letter with the Rebbe's Blessings and Encouragement to an Activist with the Addition of ”Histadrut Tovah” Handwritten by the Rebbe - Sivan, 1968 - Typewritten letter on the Rebbe's official stationery from Sivan 10, 1968.  In the letter, which is addressed to a senior Zionist activist, the Rebbe encourages him to continue his engagement with public affairs. The Rebbe also expresses his gratitude for his assistance to Chabadic affairs and Kfar Chabad.  Following are a few selected citations from the Igeret Kodesh:  ~ ”ומובן שמספרים לי ע”ד העזר שנותן לעניני חב”ד וכפר חב”ד, שנוסף על עצם העזר הרי עושה בסבר פנים יפות. ובידעי את מר, בודאי למותר לבקשו שימשיך כן ובאופן דמוסיף והולך” [Of course I am told about his assistance to Chabadic affairs and Kfar Chabad and in addition to his assistance, he does it with open arms. Since I know him, surely I can ask that he continue to do so...].  ~ ”שמחה מיוחדת היתה לי בקראי במכתבו ששוב נכנס בעסקנות ציבורית” [I felt special joy when I read in his letter that he is again engaged in public affairs].   ~ ”בכל מקום צריך להשתדל לנצל כל כח השפעה... על אחת כמה וכמה בארצנו הק', ומכל שכן בתקופתנו עת תהפוכות וטישטוש הגבולים ובלבול ערכין...” [In every place, one must strive to utilize every ounce of influence... all the more so in our Holy Land and certainly in our time, a period of upheaval, the blurring of boundaries, and the confusion of values...].  ~ ”שהובטחנו אשר בכל דבר טוב וקדוש ניתן סיוע מיוחד ועזר מעצם הטוב והקדושה הקב”ה” [That we have been promised that in every good and sacred matter, special assistance and help is granted from the very essence of goodness and sanctity, HaKadosh Baruch Hu].  At the end of the letter, the Rebbe blesses him: ”גם הבעיה אודותה כותב בתחלת מכתבו תיבטל סוף סוף באופן משביע רצון לגמרי ותינתן האפשרות המלאה לכפר חב”ד למלא תפקידו בסביבתו הקרובה והרחוקה, מתוך מנוחת הנפש, ולנצל היכולת והכחות... פון גוט צו בעסער און נאך בעסער” [Also the problem about which he writes at the beginning of his letter will ultimately be nullified in a completely satisfactory manner, and the full possibility will be granted to Kfar Chabad to fulfill his role in its near and distant surroundings, with peace of mind and to utilize the capacities and strengths...].  Before the Rebbe's handwritten signature: ”ברכה שיצליח בפעולותיו בכל הכתוב לעיל, בענינים הפרטים והציבוריים, עניני חב”ד, מתוך בריאות ומצב רוח טוב” [A blessing that he should succeed in his activities in all that is written above, concerning private and public affairs, Chabad affairs, with good health and a positive state of mind].  An addition handwritten by the Rebbe: ”והסתדרות טובה”.
