Letter by the Rebbe with Educational Content and Reference to the Yom Hahillula of the Rebbe the Rayatz - Shvat 1958 - Typewritten letter on thin paper (the Rebbe's name in the letterhead is also typewritten, without the English text) from Shvat 18, 1958. With educational content for the students of the Torat Emet Yeshiva of Jerusalem.  At the beginning of the letter, the Rebbe confirms he received the students' letter: ”ביום הבהיר הוא יום ההילולא של כ”ק מו”ח אדמו”ר... בו כותבים אודות ההחלטה להשרות האהבה ואחוה אמיתית ביניהם, לשמור הסדרים של הישיבה הן בכמות והן באיכות ולהתדבר ביניהם מזמן לזמן על דבר חיזוק הלימוד והנהגה בדרכי החסידות והחסידים”. Then, the Rebbe blesses them: והי רצון אשר זכות בעל ההילולא, אשר מסר נפשו הק' על הפצת היהדות בכלל והחסידות ועניני' ביחוד, תעמוד להם – שתהי' החלטתם בת קיימא לאור ימים ושנים, ובאופן כמצווה בתורתנו תורת אמת - דמוסיף דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור...”. The letter ends with the Rebbe's blessing: ”ויהי רצון אשר מהמכינה יעלו בעתם ובזמנם לדרגא, וישמשו דוגמא חי' להנהגת תלמיד מוסד אשר מיסודו הוא של רבותינו נשיאנו... ובהנהלתם, ואהבה [=ואחכה] לבשו”ט [לבשורות טובות] מהתקדמותם והליכתם מחיל אל חיל בכל האמור”. On the margins of the letter near the Rebbe's signature: ”בברכה לת”ת [לתלמוד תורה] ביר”ש [ביראת שמים] ” followed by an erasure of a line with pen (apparently, written on behalf of the Admor... - it should be noted that indeed, in Igrot Kodesh, this letter is introduced without this line) and the Rebbe's handwritten signature.   22X27.5 cm.  Fold lines. Wear and small taers along the edges of the letter not affecting the text. Good overall condition.
