Maran Rav Kook's Struggle for the Sanctity of the Shabbat in Kfar Yechezkel! Historical Kana'ut Letter Signed by Maran Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Hacohen Kook - Jerusalem, 1930 - ”אנו מצדנו מכירים אותם... כגויים גמורים לכל דבריהם” (!!!)  [we for our part, recognize them...as absolute Gentiles...] - historical Kana'ut letter - by Maran the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Hacohen Kook the Chief Rabbi of Eretz Yisrael - about the settlement of Kfar Yechezkel and his struggle for the sanctity of the shabbat in Emek Yizrael - Jerusalem, 1930.  In his letter, Rav Kook appeals to the management of HaMizrachi with a request to call war against the settlement of Kfar Yechezkel ”which since its establishment has been the more radically leftist...” . They had decided to have a weekly Sabbatical on Friday rather that Shabbat!!! ”It is the first time that this Yevsektsiyan poisin dares to enter our settlements...” .  Rav Kook, who was famed for his Ahavat Yisrael and the Tikkun of the entire nation, firmly states in this case ” To warn these wicked ones... For our part, we recognize them not as brothers, nor as children of Israel, but as absolute Gentiles in all their matters, beyond which we shall decree a total and severe ban on all their produce. Furthermore, we demand of Keren Hayesod that it shall not assist them with even a single penny...” (!!!)   An important historical letter about the history of religion-State relationship and the pure doctrine of Maran Rav Kook! With unusual and unprecedented expressions! Enclosed is a letter by the Jewish National Fund with a copy of a letter sent by Menachem Ussishkin to Rav Kook. The copy is hand-signed by him.
