Historical: Ledger of Vaad Haklali of Jerusalem, with Records of More than a Thousand Donors from All Over the World, especially the USA and London - Jerusalem, 1923-1924 - Historical and fascinating - huge ledger of the expenses and incomes of the Vaad Haklali-Knesset Yisrael Jerusalem. Contains documentation of sums that were sent mainly by mail, where they were sent from and the donors' names from all over the world, especially the USA. From the years 1923-1924. Some stains. Blemish to spine. Good overall condition.  Among others, the following USA cities appear in the ledger: New York, Chicago, Michigan, Ohio, Seattle, St. Louis, Baltimore, Boston and more. From all over the world, there are names of donors from Soith Africa and several places in Europe, mostly England, and more.  The ledger contains donors' names - more than 2700 and lists of recipients - more than 800, on over 250 written leaves. In many cases, the designation of the donation, which was partly sent to individuals who signed a receipt for the money, was listed.
