Leaves 3 and 6 are missing and were completed with primitive script. Stains. Restored corners of the first 2 leaves. Some moth perforations, Fine new half-leather binding.  Especially rare edition, which is bibliographically unknown and is not in known collections.  Ownership signature on leaf 79:  ”שייך לר' יעקב משה וויינבערג” [belongs to R. Yaakov Moshe Weinberg], possibly referring to Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Weinberg Av Beit Din of Novoselitz (Chernovich district - today, Ukraine).
