Americana: Di Yesodot fon Hachalutz - New York, 1916 - Apparently the Only Copy in the World! - Di Yesodot fon Hachalutz - published by Poalei Zion New York - preparation for Chalutzim (pioneers) before their immigration ot Eretz Yisrael - New York, 1916 - Not in the National Library and not recorded in catalogs and the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book!!! Interesting booklet in Yiddish containg instructions for pioneers, members of Poalei Zion - pioneers who were living in New York and were on a waiting list towards their immigration to Eretz Yisrael. In the spirit of those times, the booklet includes numerous propaganda slogans, glorifying passages, and expressions aimed at instilling a sense of enthusiasm and pioneering spirit for the settlement of the Land. The last sentence of the booklet, is most original and amusing: ”וואו ס'איז נאר מעגליך געהען די חברים ארבייטען אין די פארמס צו ערלערנען פעלד-ארבייט”  [Whenever it was possible, the members went to work in the farms to learn field work...]. Just imagine the New Yorkers exchanging their attachés for a plow... Extremely rare! Not in the National Library and the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book!
