Extremely Rare Broadside! Emet MeEretz Titzmach - by the Gabaim of Kolel Munkatch Implying Embezzlement! - Jerusalem, 1923 - Emet MeEretz Titzmach - printed broadside by the Gabaim of Kolel Munkatch of Jerusalem - for donors to the Kolel abroad - implying embezzlement! - Jerusalem, 1923 In their letter, the Gabaim request that the Hungarian philanthropists give their dnoations directly to the Admor the author of the Minchat Elazar, since they have learned from experience that only thsi way, the money will serve its purpose: ”כי הנסיון הורינו בזה כי אך על ידו יגיע המעות לתכלית הנרצה...” . Then the Gabaim protest  against varied factors that might have embezzled the money of the Chalukah: ”והננו מפילים תחנתנו עוד הפעם כי תראו לטכס עצה לבל ירעו ולבל ישחיתו בקדש... ולא ליתן מקום להבמות הנבנים ע”מ להרוס....”. With the printed signatures of three managers of the Kolel, famed Jerusalem activists:  Rabbi Yitzchak Frankel.
