Hekdesh Document - Psak Din pertaining to an Estate Signed by the Sephardic and Ashkenazic Rabbis of Jerusalem - Jerusalem, 1921 - Interesting Shetar Beit Din - about a Hekdesh of the late Reb Dov Binyamin Zeidman - signed by the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Meir the Rishon LeZion, Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank the acting Chief Rabbi and four additional Sephardic and Ashkenazic rabbis of Jerusalem - Jerusalem, 1921.  The document was written about the Hekdesh of the estate the late Reb Dov Binyamin Zeidman to the Weidman Maternity Hospital. In interesting section of the Ma'asseh Beit Din states that if the hospital ceases to exist, the estate of the deceased will be returned to the heirs:  ”והיה אם תחדל החברה מלהתקיים... וחזר הבית מעיקרא מהיותו הקדש ופקע מעיקרא ההקדש ממנו ושב להיות מקנה כספם של האחים... או של הבאים במקומם ”.This crucial section could have released many assets in contemporary Jerusalem if heirs had the good sense to add it to their last wills... The Ma'asseh Beit Din is signed by the following rabbis:  * The Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Meir the Rishon LeZion abd Sephardic Chief Rabbis. * The Gaon Rabbi Ben Zion Avraham Kuinka Av Beit Din of the Sephardic community and editor of Hame'asef. * The Tzaddik gaon Rabbi Zvi Pesach Frank, the future Av Beit Din of the Rabbinic Beit Din of Jerusalem.  * The Gaon Rabbi Yerucham Fischel Bernstein, Rosh Av Beit Din of Badatz Chassidim and the Rosh Yehsiva of Chaim Olam.  * The Gaon Rabbi Avraham Philosoph, Dayan of the Beit Din and the Rosh Yeshiva of Teferet Yerushalayim.  * The Gaon Rabbi Binyamin Alkutzir, Dayan of the Beit Din and Rabbi Yaakov Meir's stand-in.  * The Chassid Rabbi Shmuel Aharon Weber, a leadinf Lelov Chassid.  [1] leaf. 46X29 cm.
