May Hashem Yisborach Expand the Channels of Abundance in the World- Early Letter Handwritten and Signed by the Admor the Wonder Worker Rabbi Shalom of Schotz - Keln (Germany!), 1926 - Early letter by the Admor the Ish Elokim Rabbi Shalom Moskovitz of Schotz - in the last year of the Keln period - handwritten and signed by him - Keln, 1926.  An extremely rare letter, which was sent during the Keln period - the seven years during which Rabbeinu served as Rav of the Keln community. These seven years were between the time he was Rav of Schotz and Rav of London.  Rabbeinu sent his letter to Mr. Karlibach about brochures Rabbeinu sent to be handed out in the synagogues of Keln. Rabbeinu ends his letter with a rare and special blessing: ”השי”ת ירחיב צינורות השפע בעולם” [May Hashem Yisborach Expand the Channels of Abundance in the World]. Rabbeinu then added his rare signature with his family name: ”שלום מאסקאוויטש חופ”ק הנ”ל”. Most of Rabbeinu's other known signatures are with the words ”חיים ושלום”.    The Tzaddik's blessing makes an impression on the world!!! An extremely rare letter! Letters by Rabbeinu from the period preceding the London one are most uncommon! and especially the rare Keln period.  [1] small postcard. Filing perforations. Approx. 10.5X4.5 *** The Admor Rabbi Shalom Moskovitz of Schotz (1878-1958) a descendant of he Maggid of Zlotshov. He was a Gadol in Nigleh, Nistar, and Halacha. In his youth he received his Semicha from the Maharsham of Berezhan who lauded him. He also authored Halachic works. In 1930 he moved to London and became famed as the Admor of Schotz. In his will he guaranteed that mercy would fall upon all who visited his grave and accepted upon himself to become stronger in Mitzvot and lighting candles. He also requested a very modest gravestone without titles or the word “Tzaddik”.
