Rare! With the Chishuv Haketz Leaves by the Admor the Tzemach Tzeddek of Lubavitch: Nachalah LeYisrael by Rabbi Yechiel Michl Hibner - Single Edition Lemberh, 1876 - Sefer Nachalah LeYisrael, ”containing some Shut (Nachalah LeYisrael)... and some Pilpulim and comments (Halachah LeMoshe).. and Divrei Aggadah (Sha'ar Bat Rabim)”. A Chassidic work by Rabbi Yechiel Michl Hibner  Av Beit Din of Nizanov near Tysmenytsia, the grandson of Rabbi Meshulam Feibish of Zbarizh author of Yosher Divrei Emet.  This is a copy with all! sections of the book , which is extremely rare since the book was published Kuntres-by-Kuntres, as stated by the author in his introduction, that due to the high expenses, the book was published Kuntres-by-Kuntres.  And even rarer, this copy contains 2 leaves with a Mamar on Chishuv Haketz attributed to the Admor the Tzemach Tzeddek of Lubavitch , ”Ketz Hayamin ”קץ הימין אשר השאיר אחריו ברכה ונמצא באמתחת של הרב הגאון הקדוש וכו' מהו' מנחם מענדיל זצלל”ה מק”ק לובאויטץ, תלמיד הרב ז”ל (וגם נכדו), (וי”א דהוא דברי הרב התניא בעצמו) יקבל האמת ממי שאמרו”. In this Mamar, the Ketz is calculated for the year of 1878: ”יתגלי מלכא משיחא והוא שנת תרל”ח וחצי שנה, חצי הלילה של פסח”. Following these leaves are 2 additional ones, which are bibliographically unknown and have never been seen! The leaf includes a continuation to the aforementioned Mamar - an addition written by the Rav the author.   The famed bibliographer Rabbi Yehoshua Mondshine writes in his book Migdal Oz (p. 492 and onwards) about this Mamar that he had seen in Israeli libraries five copies of this book yet none contained this Mamar . He had found, however, in the Lubavitch Library in the hands of Rabbi Chaim Liberman, 2 copies that did contain the Mamar, with textual variations between them.  The book is laden with many Chidushim and responsa by contemporary Gedolei Torah and Chassidut including his grandfather the Yosher Divrei Emet, Rabbi Moshe Leib of Sassov, Maran the Divrei Chaim of Sanz, the Yitav Lev of Sighet and many more.  First and only edition, Lemberg, 1876. [2], 12, [1], 10, [29]; 52, 3, [50], 10, [5] leaves. Stefansky Chassidut 388. Minor restorations to some leaves. Some taping. Stains. Minor blemishes. Good ove4rall condition.  On the title page of the book, the handwritten signature of the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Binyamin Kluger, the son of Rabbi Shlomo Kluger Av Beit Din of Brod.  *** Rabbi Avraham Binyamin Kluger (1841-1916) was the son of the famous Rabbi Shlomo Kluger of Brody. He learned mostly under his father, who writes of his son’s Kushiyot as young as 7 or 10 in the book Mili DeNezikin. He was known as a great Talmid Chacham. Was one of the founders of the Mekitzei Nirdamim society. His responsa were printed in 1933 in the book Shut Sha’arei Binyamin. The author, Rabbi yechiel Michl Hibner (1834-1907) the Rav of Nizanov,   Galicia for approx. fifty years. Was the grandson of Rabbi Meshulam Feibish of Zbarizh author of Yosher Divrei Emet. Followed the Admor the Toras Chaim of Kosov and the Admorim of Stretin.  Rabbi Yechiel Michl corrsponded with the Divrei Chaim of Sanz, the Maharsham of Brezhan, the Yitav Lev of Sighet, the Sdei Chemed and more. Due to funding issues, he published considerable parts of his Torah as single Kuntresim which were later compiled as books. His central works include Mishkenot Haro;im (Lemberg, 1865), Nachalah LeYisrael (Lemberg, 1876), and more. His books include Shut on the Shulchan Aruch, Chidushei Shas and eulogies for leading contemporary rabbis.
