Handwritten Leaves with Passages of Halachot from the Rambam's Mishneh Torah - Yemen ca. 15th Century - Handwritten leaves, scribal script on paper, with Halachot from Sefer Tahara of the Rambam's Mishneh Torah, Hilchot Tumat Ochalim and Hilchot She'ar Avot Hatumah. Apparently written in Yemen in ca, 15th-16th century.  The manuscript was studied by the manuscript expert Rabbi Dr. Ezra Chwat - bibliographer of manuscripts of the Manuscript Department of the National Library in Jerusalem. According to his review:   ”Photopies no. 930-931, 951-952 ('Chapter Five' is written in large script on this leaf and the other remnants): Rambam Mishneh Torah Sefet Tahara, Hilchot Tumat Ochalim 4-5, and a passage from chapter 1 Yemenite. 19 lines per page, numbered Halachot. We do not know of another remnant of this copy.   Photocopies no. 949-950 (beginning with the word 'עיקרן'): Rambam Mishneh Torah Sefet Tahara Hilchot She'ar Avot Hatumah 1: 7-12 Yemenite. A copy different than the previous one. 21 lines numbered Halachot.  15th-16th century”.  [2] leaves, cut in the middle and additional remnnats of an additional leaf. Approx. 24X15 cm.
