Letter with Corrections Handwritten by the Rebbe Confirming the Receipt of the Pidyon Nefesh and a Promise to Pray by the Tziyun Signed by the Secretary - Adar I 1973 - Letter by the Rebbe signed by the secretary, typewritten on official stationery from Adar I 18, 1973.  In the letter, the Rebbe confirms he received the letters and promises to pray by the Tziyun: וכיון שהובטחנו יגעת ומצאת, הנה ילמוד בהתמדה ושקידה נגלה וחסידות ועד לאופן שהתורה קוראה לזה יגיעה והלימוד יביא לידי מעשה קיום המצות בהידור. ואז תקוים ההבטחה - ומצאת” [And since we have been promised, Yagata Umatzata, he should diligently study Nigleh and Chassidut to the extent that the Torah defines it as Yegiya (labor). And this study will lead to action the observation of the Mitzvot with Hidur. Then, the promise will be fulfilled - Umatzata].  ”בטח שומר הוא השלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש בחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים” [Surely, he is maintaining the three lessons that are suitable for all all in Chumash, Tehillim and Tanya].  At the beginning of the letter, corrections handwritten by the Rebbe with a change of the singular into the plural (see pictures).   The letter is signed:  ”בברכה לבשו”ט [לבשורות טובות] בהאמור”  by the secretary Rabbi Shalom Menachem Mendel Simpson on behalf of the Admor Shlita.  Erasures. Fold lines. Good overall condiiton. Approx. 14X21.5 cm.
